pone il quesito, se l\u2018impianto inserito sia indicato o meno per la riabilitazione a carico immediato. Per l\u2018inserimento degli impianti viene utilizzato come standard il momento torcente in Ncm. Il\u00a0<b>bredent Penguin II\u00a0<\/b>rappresenta la soluzione ideale per veri\u00ac care la stabilit\u00e0 primaria dell\u2019impianto.<\/p>\n<p>Il\u00a0<b>bredent Penguin II<\/b>\u00a0\u00e8 un apparecchio che serve a misurare la stabilit\u00e0 degli impianti per mezzo della frequenza di risonanza (RFA).\u00a0Sull\u2018impianto o sull\u2018abutment viene inserito un piccolo perno di misurazione magnetico, il MulTipegTM, che senza essere toccato,\u00a0viene fatto vibrare. Valori oltre i\u00a0<strong>70 ISQ indicano la possibilit\u00e0 di un restauro a carico immediato.<\/strong>. Con valori compresi tra 55 e 70 si consiglia un restauro a carico immediato con bloccaggio primario degli impianti. Per valori al di sotto di 55 ISQ \u00e8 necessaria una guarigione sommersa. Il\u00a0<b>bredent Penguin II<\/b>\u00a0misura il valore ISQ con una precisione di +\/- 1
